1. Services

We provide residential and commercial lawn care, including:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
• Mulch installation
• Pet waste removal
• Aeration, dethatching, cleanups
• Snow removal (as available)

2. Account Creation & LawnPro Integration

By using our services, you agree to LawnPro’s Terms of Service: https://www.lawnprosoftware.com/terms-of-service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact/property info
• Ensure access and safety on service dates
• Contain pets and remove obstacles
• Notify us of hazards or issues

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Missed appointments may incur fees

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued and paid via LawnPro
• Late payments may result in service pauses or fees
• Disputes may incur processing costs

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unmarked hazards, or improper property preparation. Total liability is limited to the service fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site is the property of Oregon Mowing Company and may not be reused without permission.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, repeated cancellations, unsafe or abusive conduct, or Terms violations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved in Lucas County, Ohio. Legal claims must be filed within 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued service use implies acceptance.
